ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES

1.2 BUYER

The natural or legal person with the name, surname, address and contact information specified in the order form.

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the service/product ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website, in accordance with the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Distance Contracts Regulation.

ARTICLE 3 - SERVICE/PRODUCT INFORMATION

The type, quantity, brand/model, sale price and payment method of the service/product are specified on the order confirmation page and in the email sent after the order.

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

• The BUYER accepts and declares that they have read and acknowledged the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics of the service/product, sale price, payment method and delivery on the SELLER's website and have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
• The service/product subject to the agreement shall be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated within the period specified in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance to the BUYER's place of residence, not exceeding the legal 30-day period.
• If the service/product subject to the agreement is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible for the non-acceptance of the delivery by that person/organization.

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the service/product subject to the agreement to themselves or to the person/organization at the address indicated.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be made to the SELLER within this period and the product must be unused.

Services excluded from the right of withdrawal:

• Software and digital products specially prepared according to the BUYER's requests
• Services that have been performed
• Digital content (after download has started)

ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payment transactions are carried out through a secure payment infrastructure. After order confirmation, the service/product is delivered or made accessible within the specified period.

ARTICLE 7 - AUTHORIZED COURT

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized for disputes arising from this agreement. Within monetary limits, applications can be made to Consumer Arbitration Committees at the BUYER's or SELLER's place of residence.

ARTICLE 8 - VALIDITY

This agreement enters into force on the date it is approved electronically by the BUYER.
