VDS (Virtual Dedicated Server) offers you guaranteed and isolated resources. CPU, RAM and disk space belong only to you. In VPS, resources are shared with other users and there is a risk of overselling. We only offer VDS because we want to guarantee the performance we promise to our customers.
VDS servers are usually activated within 1-4 hours. For Dedicated servers, hardware preparation and setup process can take 24-48 hours. Operating system installation, security configuration and control panel setup are included in this time.
Yes, we provide full root/administrator access on all our VDS and Dedicated servers. You can install any software you want and change configurations on your server.
VDS servers have automatic daily backups. Backups are stored in different physical locations. You can restore from backup anytime. For Dedicated servers, backup can be added optionally.
