Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Refund Conditions
At XsystemSoft Software Services, we prioritize customer satisfaction. You can
process your refund and cancellation requests under the conditions specified below.
2. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen)
days from the date of delivery of the service/product without giving any reason
and without paying any penalty.

3. Services Excluded from Refund
Refunds cannot be requested in the following cases:
- Software and digital products prepared according to customer's special requests
- Completed and delivered services
- Digital content for which download has started
- Custom design and development projects (after work has started)
- Domain, hosting and similar 3rd party services
4. Refund Process
- Submit your refund request through the channels mentioned above.
- Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days.
- For approved refunds, payment will be made within 10-14 business days depending on your
payment method.
5. Partial Refund
In project-based work, a fee deduction can be made for the completed portion. The partial
refund amount is calculated according to the amount of work done.
6. Cancellation Conditions
- Free cancellation can be made before order confirmation.
- For cancellations made after work has started, the cost of work done is deducted.
- Cancellation and refund do not apply to completed projects.
