1. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

- Carrying out invoice and accounting transactions
- Fulfilling legal obligations

- Company Information: Company name, tax number
- Transaction Security: IP address, browser information

- Payment Service Providers: PayTR Payment Services and banks
Important: Your card information is not stored by us during payment
transactions. All payment transactions are securely processed through PCI DSS certified
PayTR infrastructure. No data is transferred abroad.
4. Data Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the duration required by the processing purpose and legal
retention periods.
5. Your Rights Under KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed
- To request information about the processing if your personal data has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in
accordance with the purpose
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or
abroad
- To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed
- To request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of
conditions stipulated in Article 7 of KVKK
- To request notification of correction and deletion operations to third parties to whom
your personal data has been transferred
- To object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data
exclusively through automated systems
- To claim compensation for the damage if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of
your personal data
